1. In the event that there is a disruption of services due to circumstances outside of either the client or the company’s control (weather, random event/accident, or flight permit denial), the flight appointment will be re-scheduled to a different date that is agreed upon by both the client and company.
2. If re-scheduling is not an option and a full cancellation is the only option due to the circumstances listed in item 1) above, the client will receive a full refund.
3. HummingBird Aerial Solutions has the right to cancel appointments at any time for any reason. If HummingBird Aerial Solutions chooses to cancel an appointment, the client will receive a full refund if payment was already made.
4. If the client chooses to cancel for other reasons than the circumstances listed in item 1) or the client declines re-scheduling in the event of the circumstances listed in item 1), the client will receive a partial refund.
If the cancellation happens more than 48 hours before the appointment time, the customer will receive a 75% refund
If the cancellation happens less than 48 hours before the appointment time, the customer will receive a 50% refund
