Are you FAA Part 107 Certified to operate drones commercially?
Yes we are. All of our drone equipment is registered with the FAA as well. We also follow all rules and regulations of other countries around the world, as we are open to global clients.
Do you fly events with large assemblies of people?
Yes we can fly events with large assemblies of people, but with some restrictions. HummingBird Aerial Solutions does not conduct flights that keep the drone consistently flying over people, so any event footage must be obtained from a distance away from crowds.
Can you fly over busy roadways?
Yes we can, but only if it’s in transition from Point A to Point B. We are not permitted to fly over moving vehicles for an extended amount of time unless the occupants are aware of the drone’s presence.
Are there any specific industries that you serve?
While HummingBird Aerial Solutions has a specialty of providing content that fulfills marketing/display purposes, we are willing to venture down any path so long as the client is willing to work with us. Can I buy multiple packages for the same job?
You can only buy one package per job. If more photos or video footage is required, adding those options A La Carte is our recommendation. Visit our Pricing section to learn more about our packages and A La Carte offerings.
How do I receive my photos and videos?
After the content is prepared, they will be uploaded to our cloud storage, where our client will receive an exclusive link to download the finished products. There is no need for you to have a login account for our cloud; just click and download.
